I adore Liberty prints.

This is one of my favourites, Liberty  'Ianthe ' Tana Lawn, absolutely gorgeous.

Ianthe was created by well-known French Art Nouveau designer, R. Beauclair in approximately 1900. The original design was later redrawn by David Haward's Studio.

Ianthe is Greek for purple or violet flowers, suggesting that the flowers in the design may have originally been drawn from violets. They are quite hidden, you have to look for them.

The exterior of the roll  is Ianthe with a vintage lace trim and a surface embroidered velvet ribbon in navy.

The lining and pocket are a soft navy velvet, with a pink embroidered ribbon

trim.

There's lots of pockets of various sizes to slide make up accessories in.

Measures approximately 12" x 9", 30cm x 23cm
